Where We Live, Where We Give

Brightening the Local YMCA

Coppell, TX

In Dallas-Fort Worth, employees from the Subaru Dallas Business Center rolled up their sleeves to give back to a place that gives so much to their community — the local YMCA. The team painted a fresh new wall in the gym and built toys that kids and families will enjoy for years to come. It was a hands-on way to make a real difference and help keep the YMCA a welcoming, vibrant space for everyone.

Opening the Mountain to Everyone

Western U.S.

Subaru donated 247 lift tickets in partnership with POWDR Resorts to support organizations working to make snow sports more accessible for communities who have historically felt unwelcome or excluded from the outdoors and winter sports. During Subaru WinterFest, we supported local partners at the following stops: Copper Mountain Resort (She Jumps Get the Girls Out; Ski Noir’s Slide Thru Session) and Boreal Mountain (Soy Sauce Nation’s Community Ride Day during the Stir Fry Invitational). Together, these opportunities helped create space for all women — including Black, Asian American, and Latina women skiers and snowboarders to experience the joy of winter sports.

Building Tables, Building Community

Atlanta, GA

The Atlanta Zone came together to create meaningful outdoor learning spaces for local students. Through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative in partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, the team was paired with Allgood Elementary School, where they built and delivered six custom picnic tables. From assembling precut materials to loading the finished tables onto a trailer, every step was a shared effort — resulting in spaces where students can learn, eat, and connect.

Helping Families Start Fresh at Genesis Women’s Shelter

Dallas, TX

Subaru teams came together to support the Genesis Women’s Shelter, an organization helping women and children escaping domestic violence. Sixteen volunteers spent 64 hours at the Genesis Benefit Thrift Store, sorting and organizing gently used clothing donations. Throughout March, 40 additional volunteers assembled care packages for families living at the shelter — thoughtful bundles filled with home essentials, shelf-stable foods, and comforting touches to help them settle into their new homes with dignity and warmth.

Giving Back Where We Gather

Company conferences are about more than just business. They’re a chance to support the communities that host us. From donating essential supplies to hands-on volunteer work at local organizations, we make sure every event leaves a lasting, positive impact.

National Business Conference (NBC) | Boston, MA

When the 2025 National Business Conference wrapped up, our team saw an opportunity. Instead of packing up our booths, we donated — and the impact added up to far more than furniture. NBC attendees donated $296,229 worth of furniture and décor to Harborlight Homes, a nonprofit affordable housing developer serving families, elders, and essential workers across Boston’s North Shore. One event’s end became another organization’s fresh start.
