Support for Hurricane Relief Efforts
In response to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Subaru and our retailers worked with national partners to aid in recovery programs for communities across the Southeastern U.S.
68 Subaru retailers across the region launched a $400,000 match campaign to support the hurricane relief efforts of Feeding America®. Thanks to the generosity of retailers and their communities, an additional $18,427 was raised, bringing the total donation to over $418,427.
Subaru donated $100,000 to the Meals on Wheels America® Emergency Response Fund to ensure that seniors continue to receive home-delivered meals and critical resources.
Subaru contributed $50,000 to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) to provide temporary shelter for animals displaced by the storms.
For every $1 donated by Subaru of America employees, the Subaru of America Foundation contributed $2, up to a total of $20,000, which was split equally between American Red Cross and World Central Kitchen.
