Building Community through ERGs

Genuine connection is at the heart of belonging. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) give employees a place to find community and understanding while remaining open to all as a bridge across lived experiences and shared interests.

We back them with strategic guidance, structure, and resources because we see them as an integral part of our culture.

Participation in our ERGs is completely voluntary and open to all Subaru employees. Our engagement data shows that employees who participate in ERGs are more engaged at work.
