Education can change lives, but some students’ families cannot afford the basic supplies needed for learning. Subaru and our retailers partner with AdoptAClassroom.org® to get students the learning materials and resources they need to thrive in the classroom.

Supporting Students with AdoptAClassroom.org

Teachers should have access to the classroom supplies they need, but far too often they end up paying for them out of their own pockets. As the largest corporate supporter of AdoptAClassroom.org for the past five years, Subaru is working to change that.

Subaru and its retailers continue to support students nationwide, providing teachers with flexible funding to purchase the school supplies they know are needed most to help their students thrive in the classroom. From curated school supply kits filled with the most requested materials to funding for special projects, retailers are finding creative ways to support classrooms where students need it most. The goal is simple: to make sure every child has access to a quality education.

“Thank you, Subaru, for helping me and my classmates learn subjects that we didn’t quite get before. It has really helped us be successful in 6th grade and in school in general.”

“Thank you Subaru from the bottom of my heart for supporting the students in my classroom and Parkview Elementary School as a whole. We would not be able to continue to help our students and support their learning if it wasn’t for companies like you.”

Hometown Commitment

Subaru helped Camden students and teachers start the school year strong, and through our partnership with AdoptAClassroom.org, we provided funding to purchase essential classroom supplies for art, computer, music, and physical education classes across the district. Making sure the teachers had a strong start to the year, Subaru employees helped set up their classrooms to create welcoming, ready-to-learn spaces across every school in the district.
